Last week we decided to leave Dad behind and go on a road trip! Luke, Cohen and I joined Brynley and Paul on their adventure to Lake Tulloch and Visalia. On our way to California we were able to stop and visit with some of Paul's family. Luke got to see big tractors and horses, chickens. He even got to ride in a swather, and managed to fall asleep during the bumpy ride. At Lake Tulloch we went for rides in the big boat, and went for several tube rides. We even found a rope swing that I thought was a blast! We finished the trip off by going home to Visalia for some swimming. Luke loved to call for Snowy our kitty and by the end of the two days was able to pet Snowy all by himself. The sunsent were gorgeous and the weather was perfect. Now we are back to Utah heat! The good news is that Brynely and Paul's pool opened up. Today Will came with us and got Luke back to his brave self. He was jumping off the edge and wearing his floaties so he could swim all be himself. I am so impressed how long he can hold his breath. Cohen was being so good and just lounging around in his floaty. He almost fell asleep too! Maybe because the pool was heated to 96 degrees! Brynley snuck in and turned it down, but we still had to take cold showers after swimming!
